1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Undergarments, cosmetics, and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Damaged items due to customer misuse are not eligible.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash — same method used for payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
- We offer size or color exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
- Customer bears the return shipping cost for exchanges.
5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in such cases.
