1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Undergarments, cosmetics, and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Damaged items due to customer misuse are not eligible.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash — same method used for payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer size or color exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Customer bears the return shipping cost for exchanges.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in such cases.
