At Chamkao, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to all major cities and remote areas across Pakistan.
  • Cities include Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and more.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Major Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (as advertised).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may have an additional handling fee.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • Pakistan Post (for remote areas)

  • Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number provided.

7. Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to wrong address or customer unavailability, the order will be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery charges will apply for reshipping.
  • COD orders with repeated failed deliveries may be blacklisted.

8. Damaged During Shipping

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement after verification.

9. TikTok & Meta Compliance

  • All shipping information advertised on TikTok and Meta platforms is accurate and up to date.
  • We do not make false delivery time claims in our advertisements.
